• Make payments according to agreed-upon terms

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing intellectual property, tools, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Invoices are due within the specified payment period
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be paused for overdue payments

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. We expect clients to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and processes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyrone Infinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
